Short post but exciting day. First parts to start my R2D2 arrived today all the way from the wishfully named( now at least ) sunshine-state Florida, (currently flooded and VERY rainy I hear ). Taking my first step into a bigger world, commitments, and projects. I got them from astromech.net but from the part junkyard so i might have someone check them out by someone who already has an R2D2 droid first. They feel sturdy but until i put my droid on them ( when i finish him ) I wont know. Next Step....BUY MOTORS!!!!
The pictures are really grainy but thats because i got that package at 8am and had to open it.
